Eventbrite Booking Privacy Policy 

This policy explains how Adoption Now use any personal information we collect about you when you register to attend an event using Eventbrite.

When booking for an Adoption Now event via Eventbrite, you will be required to consent to the collection, retention and use of your personal information for the purpose of the administration of the event booking.

Collection of information

Adoption Now will collect information about you when you register with Eventbrite for the purpose of attending an Adoption Now event.  We will only collect the minimum amount of information needed to administer your booking, which will include:

Your name

Contact details

Accessibility information

If for a catered event we may also collect dietary preference information.

How we will use your information

The information you provide will be used to process your booking. We will also use it to contact you via Eventbrite regarding your booking. If you have opted in to receive our survey via SurveyMonkey we will contact you to undertake post-event evaluation.

We will seek your consent in order to provide you with further marketing information about courses and events offered by Adoption Now. Please note that Eventbrite is a third-party service that is not owned or managed by Adoption Now.

This privacy policy only refers to the way Adoption Now will use your information.  As Eventbrite and SurveyMonkey are third-parties being utilised to support Adoption Now specifically for the purpose of events we strongly recommend you also review their terms and conditions and privacy policy. We do not  accept any responsibility or liability for their policies.
