Chloe (5) enjoys being outdoors, feeding the ducks and going to the local park.  Her favourite at the park is the swing. She likes dancing and is very well coordinated. Her favourite colour is pink, she loves unicorns and mermaids and is a real ‘girly girl’ who enjoys anything that is pretty, pink and cute. She gets stuck into baking and helping her carers.

 

Chloe is in year one.  She has has settled so well into primary school and has made lots of progress with number and phonics this year.

 

 

She enjoys attention and praise from adults, but she is also very accepting and resilient when she makes mistakes; always willing to try again. 

 

Albie (4) is happy, fun, chatty and playful. He loves playing with his car, dressing up and attending soft play where he can explore and have fun. He attends nursery four days a week, which he enjoys and he has built relationships with familiar adults and children. Albie has gained lots of confidence socially, but does sometimes need support from adults to assert himself during play; he will usually go along with other’s games, and needs help to say ‘it’s my turn’. 

 

Albie is a young child who has experienced a lot of instability, and this has impacted on his emotional development. He thrives from the nurturing care and attention he receives from his carers and responds well to the established routine and boundaries. He likes reassurance about where his carers are, and what is planned for him, but is accepting when provided with this.

 

 

Benjamin (2) is just the cutest little boy. His carers share he is very bright and clever. He has shown real progress in his speech and language and loves showing his skills when he feels comfortable. Benjamin can be particular about foods; when his meal in front of him, he will look inside the bowl and decide if he wants it or not before tasting it. He won’t eat it if he doesn’t want it and he will throw it across the room, which is age appropriate. He has shown a little more willingness to try new food more recently. 

 

 

He is very independent, and he wants to help with his care needs. If you ask him for a kiss or hug, he will lean in and give you a kiss or cuddle; he is an affectionate child. He is a real smiler, and he will smile at others which will give him all the attention he needs.

 

Chloe, Albie & Benjamin are loving siblings with different personalities. They are typical siblings in that there are sometimes disagreements over toys and the attention of adults, but these are usually easily resolved. Albie gains a lot of confidence in new situations from being around his siblings. Chloe is the more talkative and confident of the children, and will speak to anyone, even people she does not know. Albie is more reserved, and will initially appear more shy, but once he is familiar, he really comes out of his shell. Benjamin is confident but takes time to ‘suss’ people out and build trust.

 

The children are looking for a loving and nurturing family who can support all three of them and help them all learn, grow, and thrive. It’s important to them all that their new family is patient, understanding, and committed to supporting all their individual needs as they develop.

 

They would like a fun and loving family where they can all create some happy new memories together. They need a family that can offer them reassurance, stability, love and provide them with a sense of belonging.
