Infant boyJasper is a gorgeous little one year old, who loves to clap his hands when his foster carer says, “clap hands”.

Jasper has a lovely smile and has the most infectious belly laugh when you pretend to blow raspberries at him.

He presents as very happy and does this cute little wiggle when he is excited.

Jasper is a loving little boy who likes to be close. If he has fallen asleep on the sofa next to his foster carer, he will reach out for her and place his hand on her for comfort. He is reaching out for toys and grasping them. He also enjoys watching kids YouTube programmes.

Jasper’s birth mother didn’t have any antenatal care during her pregnancy and needed to be induced for baby Jasper’s safety. He had a difficult start and as a result does have some developmental delay.

Jasper requires a family who can accept the potential uncertainty in terms of his future health and development.

Jasper’s foster carer wants a family to see him for the wonderful little boy he is:

whilst he does have some presenting needs, he brings lots of joy. He’s described as such a lovely boy to care for; he is always smiling and rarely cries unless hungry, tired or needs a nappy change. He is a great sleeper for his age; if he wakes in the night, it will be for a bottle around 2am. He will go to bed at 7pm and wake any time from 7am.
